Design, Implemetation & Troubleshooting
We specialise in the Design, Implementation and Troubleshooting of messaging environments based on Microsoft Exchange. In order to ensure the system that is designed meets requirements we conduct a review of the current environment, looking at the business and technological goals so that we can design a system that will get your business from where it is, to where you want it to be.
Migration
We offer migration services to and from Microsoft Office 365 whether you are a single individual or a corporate organisation. Typically the migration project stages are
Discovery - looking at your existing environment to ensure the new environment will meet all your current requirements.
Plan - Create a migration plan.
Test and migrate - test the migration and thgen migrate users
Resolve issue and update documentation - resolve any issues and then update any existing documentation or create documentation.
Disaster Recovery Strategy Review
If and when disaster strikes you do not want that to be the time you find out whether your disaster recovery procedure is fit for purpose. We will review the Disaster Recovery Strategy to ensure that any disaster will cause minimal disruption to the business.
Documentation, Policy and Procedures Review
Its surprising how many organisations do not have up to date documentation showing current I.T. infrastructures or up to date policies and procedures. We can review the current documentation to ensure its up to date and create any documentation that is missing.

Edge IT Ltd was established in 2004 by Paul Ford. Paul worked for Microsoft for 10 years as a Support Engineer and a Consultant specialising in Messaging and Collaboration solutions on the Microsoft platform.
